At Salumificio Il Borgo we make high quality charcuterie using selected and certified meats, with complete traceability of the supply chain. Our company guarantees the use of GMO-free meat from Italian pigs, born and bred in Italy, and complete processing at our own premises in Monteroni d'Arbia, in the heart of the Senese countryside.

We have also implemented a Quality Management System that has allowed us to obtain UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 Certification and EC recognition for the marking of the following products: fresh and cured pork, fresh and cured sausages, products made with cooked pork.
